Once ap@hydroeg.com receives your timesheet, expense claim, and the invoice with receipts (if required), Finance will process your documents for payment. The standard payment terms are 30 days from the date on the received invoice, but please check your individual placement contract for details. Make sure you provide correct bank details for the payment. HEG will contact you about any queries as soon as possible. Any queries may delay the process, so it is important to follow instructions and ensure your contact details are accurate when submitting paperwork for your placement.
Please always state your preferred currency before signing the contract. HEG aims to accommodate the needs of all candidates where possible. If the contract cannot be processed in your preferred currency, please make sure to indicate your currency request as early as possible to speed up the process and make necessary arrangements. Some banks and financial organisations may have restrictions in place regarding foreign payments. HEG may contact you requesting alternative bank details if payment to the designated bank is not possible.
At HEG, the standard payment terms are 30 days; however, it might be possible to agree on special terms, subject to a signed contract. In special circumstances, HEG may agree to fast-track your payment, part-pay, or make an advanced payment. Please contact your representative if you require this. Please note that each situation is considered individually and does not guarantee a positive outcome; however, HEG has people at heart and will try to accommodate your request if possible
HEG is proud of its 30-day payment promise. We always aim to make payment within the contractual terms. On occasion, we may need your help and support to resolve queries. Foreign transactions between banks may take more time than direct payment methods. If you want any information about your payment, please contact ap@hydroeg.com so this can be investigated further.
Please refer to your contract or ask your representative, as some Clients may have specific rules. For example, they may require an authorisation signature, set a per diem limit on food, or have restrictions on items that cannot be claimed or can only be partially refundable.
